I thought i had booked a luxury apartment for myself and grandchildren. What i actually booked was a dirty apartment which i cleaned before i would let the kids sit down, put anything in the fridge, make a drink ect. The paint is knocked off the walls. The bedding had holes in it. Luckily we took blankets of our own so we could put them on top of the beds and used the towels to cover the pillows.. It was above some bars which was noisy till 2.30 am. The first morning we got yp to sick in the doorway, we came back on the evening and it was still there. The second morning we got up to chips,, onion rings and rubbish in the hallway. The hallway smelt like a urinal. I personally wouldnt dream of booking again. I also have photos which i will be sending to the company. Book somewhere with good reviews. . . We got up the with

Thankyou for your review Sharon, we are deeply sorry about issues faced during your stay. We do state within the property details this is above a bar to ensure that guests looking to book are aware of this and that noise can travel from the bar, this property is located in a prime located of Blackpool for the bars / clubs.Regarding the holes in the linen, these holes are at the top of the duvet cover, which is the design of the cover to make it easier when pulling the duvet through the cover, you will find this on all styles of the duvets used. These are not damage holes.Regarding the exterior of the property, we can only apologise if a member of the public has caused a mess outside the front of the property, I will pass this onto the cleaning team, as well as the notes about the hallway, to ensure these are checked and cleaned daily.We hope this did not affect your views on Sasco, as we have many properties across Blackpool. We hope to see you again in the future.
