Thank you for your review; I am pleased you enjoyed our hospitality and appreciated the extra touches we offer in our rooms: bottled water, dressing gowns, sweets, chocolates, marshmallows, toiletries, make-up remover, iron and ironing board etc. We believe we offer excellent quality and value for money, which is reflected in our great reviews and numerous returning guests. The size of our rooms and prices vary, and this is clearly stated on all our booking sites: should you have chosen to pay a little more, you could have stayed in our superior double which is our largest room with a bath and shower, or our deluxe suite which has an adjoining sitting room and 2 televisions; you chose to book a smaller room. It is also made clear that we have no private parking, though there is some free on-street parking opposite us and in the side roads around (which I believe you found) and there are also a number of good value car parks within a 2 minute walk. As can be seen from many of our reviews: we are in a great location for all that Blackpool has to offer; there are a number of excellent restaurants and attractions to visit, but with the huge numbers of visitors at the moment, you have to book ahead or you will be disappointed.
