Couldn't check in till 4pm and had to check out at 10am. Couldn't get the hot water to work the first night. sorted it for the second night and managed to work out how to use the jacuzzi, which our grandson loved. Stair light kept going on and off all the time. Nice kitchen and bathroom, only 1 toilet roll though ? One of the beds was very uncomfortable and so was the sofa bed to sit on. No full length mirror But we had a good time thank you

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and had no duvet cover or sheets the spa bath was nothing like pic just a small spa bath the eletric kept tripping of kitchen light but was worth the money kids loved it nice big tv internet worked everything you needed in kitchen would recomend

Flats nice and clean bit smell when you entering the house. Main door to the flat room 3 is broken not safe one hard push will open the door test of the flat 10/10.

It wasn’t bad but definitely not luxury. No mirror to dry hair, uncomfortable beds/pillows. Old stained bedding. Noisy. Steep stairs and heavy dangerous doors. Rubbish strewn all over front yard. Very dirty windows. Dog barking next door all night. Only 2 cups for tea/coffee and plastic cheap glasses for drinks. We asked for a late checkout but the electricity was turned off without warning at 10am.

Not luxury like described ground flood room blinds dont go all the way down so everyone can see in your bedroom as it’s at the front. These are not apartments it’s practically a house converted into bedsits cleaning was bad floors not mopped bathroom not clean jacuzzi bath didn’t work. The property as you walk in looks like a building work is taking place doesn’t feel very secure I left after the first night tv also wouldn’t work with wifi bedding smelt dirty and very old. Definitely wont be. Booking again

I thought property itself was very nice. Perfect location with a small shop at a few doors away and a Sainsburys Store a 3 minute walk across the road. It was let down by the bed which was rather uncomfortable (the bases didnt match and matress was broken and lumpy). The shiwer head in the bathroom we had to hold above our heads as holder was broken. The cutlery on the table which looked nice was all dirty, i went to make a hot drink and all 3 mugs had coffee stains in them and i found a hair on the dirty plates in the cupboard.
