"The adult hot tub and pool were beautiful, but the amount of spiders and the massive spider web above the pool is crazy and gross The shower at the room was nice but the tub didn't drain so you were standing in water the whole time"

"I really had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff was so kind and the location was really ideal. There is a gas station within walking distance and a coffee shop 5 minutes away. The stay was extremely positive and I have nothing bad to say. I wish I could have stayed longer."

"Lovely cottage with 3 good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. AC in open plan living room and kitchen/diner, plus master bdrm. 2 fans in each of the other bedrooms.Lovely screened in porch to watch lake "traffic" go by. Fun lily pad and floating dock. Boated to Weirs Beach and downtown Meredith for groceries and lunch. Very responsive hosts. We had trouble with a Keurig while there and they delivered a brand new system to the island within a few hours! Very dog friendly too. Our guy kept emptying out all the toys all week. Bowls, bed were available. Great stay!"

"The Sutton House has a very upscale feel but is cozy and inviting. The grounds are well laid out with nice seating areas and a pool on the upper level of the property. Road noise is not too distracting but parking might be a bit tight if other guests have larger vehicles (we did not have this problem, it's just an observation). The breakfast was among the finest we have had with quality items, excellent presentation and prepared with great care! We will certainly stay again when in the Lakes Region."

"We’ve been vacationing, with extended family, for many years on the lake. This was definitely our favorite property. It sincerely fit our large group. Besides the lake and dock there was plenty to do inside, also. We had a few fun family pool tournaments. The kitchen was well equipped and there were sincerely enough linens for everyone. The double washer/dryer machines were a real bonus, also. We hope to rent this property again in a few years."

"The house was perfect! Very cute and charming! The porch had ample space to relax without bugs and the yard and beach / dock area were perfect for our two little girls. The property shares the water access with the family that lives on the other house on site and they were very friendly, though we only saw them once. A 10 min drive to Long Island on Lake Winnie and 10-15 min to restaurants and grocery stores and such. A perfect mix of private and still close to civilization. Can’t wait to come back!"
