Staff were helpful enough even though they seemed little bored half the time. The room, while good size and comfortable beds, always had a terrible smell, which came from the bathroom; which, also while also being decent size, felt like many times, you needed wear a gas mask to use, as the smell was ofter unbearable, coming from the vent above. Also, only paper cups , no glassware or china, come on now!....As some have mentioned, you can at night hear the sounds from the nightclub below until around 2-3am, so if you are a very early/light sleeper, might be a problem..otherwise its not too big of a deal. Best thing about this hotel, is the location, close to the boulevard and beach, variety of shops & dining options within walking distance & very easy to access the rest of city from there." Just make sure when you check in not to fall into their manipulation of you can upgrade your room - I went to see the room that they wanted me to upgrade to, and it wasn't as good as the one that I originally ordered (so I didn't upgrade). However, they were nice and gave me credits to use in the hotel services/restaurants which was really nice. I didn't like the fact that there is always a cigarette smell coming from the casino.
