"Brilliant location! Hotel could do with some TLC but don’t let this put you off! Mould in bathroom, but that was ok as only there for 1 night. Chocolates and slippers were a lovely touch. Nice quiet room - no complaints !"

"Love, love, loved it. If i could pick it up & take it home i would. Was on my own, with little doggy, after dropping teens off at ynot festival. But felt v safe & Matlock is soooooooo friendly, more chatty than me! So close to town & beautiful park. Easy walk to matlock bath where i spent afternoon with pirates! Cottage had everything & the most comfy bed, I have tiny car & after 5 hr drive the parking space was not gonna beat me. But if need be, plenty parking down side of park. Daughters have told me im driving them bk next year!! Ill hopefully be back"

"We were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary with all our family and Thornleigh was the perfect property with plenty of room . The Play Room and Hot Tub were a great success with everyone.Thornleigh was right in the heart of the town with easy access to shops, the park and waterfall. It was also within walking distance to the station and we all loved a ride on the local steam train.We had a fabulous long weekend and special memories have been made, thank you."
