This villa with its private heated pool and garden is located in La Grande Rivière Noire ,. It can accommodate up to 7 peaceful people just 200 meters from the small fishing port and 1 km from the public beach of "LA PRENEUSE". The heated swimming pool is very nice and practical in winter and has a protective net for small children is available.
Housekeeping is provided on Mondays and Fridays . Bedding , towels and tea towels are provided. The services of a cook is possible for around ten euros to go up depending on the number of people. the wifi is fiber optic. The house is fully equipped. there is the oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, coffee maker, espresso, washing machine, and dishwasher. the bedrooms and living room are air conditioned. There is the satellite channel with Canal PLUS.

Our family of four, including two small children, stayed here for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hosts were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The location is great - close to some great beaches and also to the mountains. Jacques and Josee were a fund of local knowledge and their connections were priceless for setting us up with affordable activity options. Highly recommended.

All rooms nicely decorated. A/C in all bedrooms. Wonderful housekeeper so we had our beds made and the kitchen spotless everyday . Great outdoor shower by pool for all that sand and salt water from snorkeling trips. Great drying space for all our clothes beach things. House felt safe and secure and private. The garden is lovely, so much colour. Absolutely everything we needed and a good place to stay in terms of nearby activities on the island with good tips for snorkeling and walking spots from our host

#### schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus verströmt kolonialen Charme, heißt es ist schon etwas älter. Der Vermieter ist aber ganz offensichtlich dabei, es nach und nach zu modernisieren. Die Küche ist modern mit allem notwendigen Zubehör ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert gut. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz gut, man erreicht alles fußläufig - Stand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber es ist halt zweite Reihe und etwas versteckt. Alles in allem ist es ruhig gelegen und wir haben den Urlaub genossen.

Villa située dans un des plus beaux secteurs de l'Ile, proche de toutes les commodités (alimentation, banque, pharmacie, restaurant...). Grande gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires pour toutes informations utiles afin de visiter au mieux l'Ile Maurice. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement et le recommandons bien évidemment.

We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic holiday at this lovely Villa. All the comforts of home were provided along with a fabulous heated pool. Excellent location on the west side of the Island allowed us to explore the many beautiful sites and beaches. Looking forward to visiting again soon! :)

#### Magnifique villa sur la côte la plus ensoleillé
Superbe villa mieux qu'en photo. Très bien équipée ( literie, cuisine etc ... ) Cette villa possède une piscine chauffée qui fait de plus la différence avec les autres villas ( surtout pour les familles avec enfants ce qui est notre cas ) Jacques et sont épouse sont dune gentillesse et dune réactivité pour toute les demandes que vous souhaitez. Si nous revenons à Maurice nous opterons pour cette villa cest une certitude. Merci à vous

#### Superbe villa
Nous avons passés 9 nuits dans cette villa où nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Honnêtement la villa est mieux en vrai qu'en photo. La piscine chauffée en cette période ( hiver ) est un réel avantage. La villa est très bien équipée ( literie, cuisine etc . .. ) Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité incroyable. Merci pour tout et merci pour avoir organiser une sortie avec les dauphins inoubliable. Nous reviendrons dans cette villa lors d'un prochain séjour dans ce magnifique pays.

#### Un séjour dépaysant au cœur de la vie Mauricienne
C’est dans la jolie propriété « Paille-en-Queue » au milieu de Rivière Noire que nous avons passé nos vacances Mauricienne. Dépaysement garanti tout en bénéficiant de commodités à proximité (dispensaire hospitalier en cas de pépin et utilisé par nos soins pour nos enfants, magasin alimentaire London Way a 5 mn en voiture, petit embarcadère pour une escapade maritime et take away italien à 3mn à pied, ou épicier de fruits et légumes). C’est accompagné par les conseils et la réactivité efficace de notre hôte que nous avons pu organiser rapidement un tour en bateau et déguster quelques spécialités gastronomiques locales. La propriété avec son extérieur est charmante et sa piscine chauffée très appréciée pour les 2-3 jours un peu plus « frais » de notre séjour durant l’hivers austral. Merci à Jacques et Josée de nous avoir partagé un peu de la vie Mauricienne !

Cette très belle île offre de nombreuses découvertes. Paysages plages culture très différente. Toutes les origines religions vivent en harmonie. L'accueil de nos hôtes a été très amicale. #### Nice quiet and private
Very Nice House in quiet and private surroundings. Jacques has been willing to respond quickly to a single critical issue with a faulty waterpump which is replaced following Day. The car jacques offered us to rent during our stay made exploring the Island and shopping much more convinient. Therefore we would recommend others to do the same. Transportation to and from the Airport has been arranged by Jacques and worked.

Si vous voulez découvrir l'île Maurice, la vraie, loin des sentiers battus, loin des hôtels à touristes ... Rivière Noire ... est le site idéal. A Rivière Noire il y a Jacques et sa patiente épouse Josée. Tout un poème à eux 2, des éclats de rire, une disponibilité exceptionnelle. Un accueil chaleureux et familial. Une maison et une piscine très agréables. Ayez confiance en eux ... ils s'occupent de tout, les sorties pêches et snorkeling avec Abel, à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte ! La sortie catamaran etc. Rien que pour eux nous reviendrons. Déconnection totale, un séjour tiptop !

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort. Très bien équipée en casserole, assiette, serviette... Bien située dans une impasse au calme, à proximité d'un supermarché très bien achalandé ( le London). Une mention particulière pour Jessica la femme de ménage qui peut vous préparer de succulents plats typiques. Merci aussi à Jacques le propriétaire qui répond au message plus vite que l'éclair et toujours à l'écoute. Vous pouvez y aller sans soucis.

Les propriétaires de cette villa, Jacques et Josée, sont adorables et très à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec des amis. Ils nous ont donné d'excellents conseils et se sont occupés de beaucoup de choses : réservation d'un véhicule, réservation d'un catamaran pour l'île aux Cerfs, ... bref de vraies vacances. Ils ont très arrangeants et le personnel de la maison est charmant. Leur maison est spacieuse, les aménagements parfaits et est bien située. #### Great house with all the amenities needed for a fantastic visit. Excellent value.
The house is great, the garden is well kept and the swimming pool was enjoyable. It’s perfect for a family get away. Very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. Really excellent value. A++

Si vous cherchez un petit coin de paradis à Île Maurice, cette place est là pour vous faire passer des bons moments. Les chambres sont confortables,la cuisine avec tout les conforts, avec la piscine chauffée.vous être pas loin de la plage, les centres d’achat.Jacques et Josée sont des gens formidables, toujours là pour vous aider.Avec tout ça vous avez une femme de ménage et un jardinier formidable, des gens très simples avec un grand cœur. Nous autres nous sommes de Montréal Canada ,ça va être avec un très grand plaisir de recommander cette place à nos amis les canadiens et à mes enfants pour leur prochain visite à Île Maurice Merci à José et Jacques

#### Vacances de rêve
L'Île Maurice est déja une destination rêvée mais y passer 3 semaines dans une villa comme celle-ci, c'est le bonheur absolu. La piscine est vraiment agréable. La villa est vraiment sympa. Les chambres avec la clim c'est très appréciable. La femme de ménage va nous manquer ! Elle était si gentille, discrète et agréable. Jacques et Josée, vous êtes vraiment géniaux. Des propriétaires disponibles pour vos locataires. Hyper réactifs. Avec de bonnes adresses ! Nous repartons avec beaucoup de beaux souvenirs. Merci ! Cyrielle, Adrien et toute la famille ❤
