"I love the older one-story, locally owned motels. They are so quaint and cozy compared to the high-rise corporation-owned motels. Although an older establishment, it was very clean and comfortable. I loved it!"

"The house was great very clean. Large updated kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve. 2 nice bedrooms and 3 rd bedroom huge master suite with fireplace. 3 full baths and washer dryer. Comfortable seating thru out. Lots of windows for viewing the lake from inside. Huge deck with table chairs. Had a girlfriend week we all loved it. Would like to come back in summer with grandkids. "

"What a beautiful little piece of paradise! This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. We came to Alpena for a very meaningful weekend, and it was exactly the peaceful getaway we needed.The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home with our fur babies. The views were absolutely breathtaking! From waking up to the sound of waves crashing along the shoreline to enjoying gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, and incredible stargazing at night, it was truly a special place to unwind and recharge.The owners were wonderful hosts! They checked in to make sure we were comfortable and even offered flexibility with early check-in and late checkout, which we really appreciated.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made beautiful memories during our stay and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing escape along Lake Huron!"
