Recently renovated and ready for you to fall in love! Less than 1 mile from Downtown Black Mountain, walk to locally owned restaurants, quaint shops, and fun, laidback breweries. Enjoy front porch swinging in the morning with a cup of coffee or relaxing in the hammock after a day of hiking and exploring. No fire pit is complete without s'mores, so look forward to making yourself at home at Les Petit Maison! We have two comfy bedrooms, the primary has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with two sinks - please note the 2nd sink is the process of repairs and is not working at this time. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. There is second bathroom with a shower. Our third bed is a Murphy bed in the living room. The Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and we have a propane grill on the back porch for you to use as well. Please Note: The driveway is a shared driveway with the neighboring house. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants easily and the house itself was just as shown in the photos - clean, cozy, and well-appointed. As others have mentioned, the surrounding properties were not as well-kept, which was a little off-putting at first. But we never had any security issues and the location mostly made up for that. It was a lovely place to stay for a small family or couple looking to be close to town. ##### Allison P. Cute home. It’s definitely petite but had everything we needed. Kids loved playing in front yard. (Back yard is huge by the way). Neighbors were friendly. Easy walk to town. Walking distance to downtown Black Mountain dining and shopping. Stayed in, cooked burgers on the grill and roasted marshmallows. Quiet enough in the morning to hear plenty of bird songs. I have an EV vehicle and this property was easy walking distance to 3 free EV chargers in Black Mountain. The kitchen was well equipped and meals were easy to prepare.
