This modern townhouse, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is ideally situated in the heart of Halliday's Point. A mere three-minute walk will take you to Blackhead Playground and Beach, perfect for a leisurely day out. The Halliday's Sports Club is conveniently located just a two-minute drive away & the Halliday's Point Tavern is just as close and offers an extensive menu, making either option an excellent choice for those who enjoy a bit of recreational activity. It's also just an eight-minute stroll to the local café and shopping village, offering convenience and easy access to amenities.

The main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and a wardrobe for ample storage space. The second bedroom features a tri bunk bed, making it a versatile space for guests or children. On the ground floor, there's another bedroom with another tri bunk bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements. Linen is provided for guests comfort.

The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and benefits from abundant natural light pouring in through a large skylight. The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, with a smart TV, split system air conditioning to ensure a pleasant climate, and Wi-Fi for all your connectivity needs.

Both bathrooms, one located upstairs and the other downstairs, are fitted with a shower and toilet, ensuring convenience for guests. Laundry facilities are available with a washing machine and dryer provided.
