"The hotel is located right along the very busy Highway 97. Half of the rooms face the highway and I found the noise intolerable. A room to the back cost a $ 20 up charge. It is unfortunate that this is not disclosed at the time of booking"

"This was a wonderful stay ! Room was very large with a sun deck to sit out on to enjoy the evening. Bed was super comfy but if you have short legs it’s a bit of a climb. Lovely decor . Room is up two flights of stairs so that is a challenge if you have mobility issues. The market is wonderful and breakfast was so tasty ! Best latte I have ever had. Customer service in restaurant was amazing. Lots of laughing with regulars. Was a great stay !"

"Very clean, ideal location for shopping, dining and the airport. Super comfy bed, spacious room. Room could have better lighting and request to be on the backside of the building as traffic starts early and goes quite late. Dollar value at this time was excellent, but could be because they are remodelling, so no amenities at this time. There was no construction noise, so it must be nearing the end. Will stay again."

"Great spot. Beautiful covered deck and lake view. Private dock works well for a little boat to get out and fish the lake. Hot tub was great for a couple rainy days last week. Host responded inmed to any questions. We will be coming back."

"If you are looking for a quiet out of the way getaway this is the place. I enjoyed being the ranch with all the animals and peaceful evenings. The room had a great view despite the current Kelowna fires. Would have loved to stay longer."
