Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room ...

we lived in the suite Lindmarker . And It was very pleasent. But we had problems to empty the pool after use this weekend. That was the only thing that wasnt so nice. Everything else was top top :)
