"Lovely stay in Bize. House charming with beautiful rooms. Garden was the star as it had just the right mix of shade and sun as well as the petanque area. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and garden enjoying the wonderful weather and the superb local produce. "My stay in the hotel, I will give it 1 stars . The swimming pool was not working/ they deny my children access to use the pool. As they said the water need testing.I saw bed bugs pop on the sofa mattress, I took pictures and show it to receptionist which they apologised. Later fix it. But my children refused to sleep on the bed. Also when I left the room for the cleaner to come in and fix the bed. On my way to airport as I was rushing to catch my flight, just realised I couldn’t see my 2 Pandoras bracelet, they were not in my hand bag anymore . Remember I only stayed one night. The only time I left the room was when the cleaners came in to fix the bed. One night stay I lost my 2 Pandora bracelet and channel earring. So sad. This is the first time I am experiencing this. So bad."
