You'll be seduced by this functional single-storey house with its swimming pool and small shops nearby (grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant, bar, bakery) and you could go to the beach after about 30 minutes and discover the many wine estates or visit memorable places like the city of Carcassonne (around 40 minutes), the Corbieres valley, or Spain one hour's driving away.   
The house is located in a quiet area of a small village in Corbières. You'll have immediatly access to walks along the edge of the vineyards, in the pine forest or in the srubland. And you'll be able to enfoy the wonderful scents of the South of France and the song of the cicadas.
