"This is a very old hotel in Gainesville. It's convenient to the University, local restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is fair quality at best, Cracker Barrel is right next door. The staff in the daytime was outstanding, but not so friendly at night. Parking is a challenge with most way off to the side of the property. "

"A/C was fantastic. Tv worked great. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows for back, shoulder and under knees for back support. Thank you!"

We had booked a room at another hotel the night before and it was not up to par so I was able to book this one for them for the last night of their trip."
