"After a long drive I was ready for a rest and cup of tea. The room was good and tea and coffee ready to prepare. The evening meal was superb, Saint Jacques cooked to perfection. "Ecolodge Beauregard wasn't what I was expecting. Don't take that as a negative it was a lovely location in the french countryside. The staff went above and beyond to help me get to the location, and make me feel at home. I would absolutely reccomend taking a car to get there, taxis are very expensive and Uber doesn't operate in this part of France. I stayed there ro visit castle Guedelon, an archeology project nearby i.e. figure out how to build a medieval castle by building one how it would...

"We had a wonderful stay here when we were visiting Guedelon Castle (it’s only half an hour away). A very welcoming host, and a beautiful building and location. Some lovely restaurants in the town just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again."
