This modern luxury holiday home of 114 m² combines comfort and functionality in peaceful surroundings. The house features underfloor heating powered by geothermal energy and is complemented by a 28 m² annex, offering plenty of space for family and guests.  
  
The property includes 3 bedrooms, a large enclosed loft, and 2 bedrooms in the annex, each with its own bathroom and toilet. There is ample space for both shared time and privacy.  
  
Indoor and outdoor living blend naturally. The generous 113 m² terrace includes an outdoor shower and a small covered area, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee even during a gentle summer rain.  
  
The garden is sheltered from the wind and set in a quiet area. Early mornings may bring visits from deer or hares, while children enjoy the sunken trampoline.  
  
The surrounding area is ideal for a nature-filled holiday. There is 250 m to the water and 1,000 m to the beach with a bathing jetty, playground, ice cream kiosk, grill, restaurant, and a cozy harbor.  
  
A lake just 250 m away invites children to explore nature and catch frogs. 750 m from the house is a forest area with campfire sites and shelters, and a secluded fire pit by the fjord offers extra privacy.
