Liked everything about this place except the lack of hot items at the breakfast buffet. There was supposed to be eggs, sausage and hashbrowns but the worker had a difficult time keeping things stocked. Went down 3 different times. I am sure most days it is good. Maybe just caught them on a bad day

Parking lot was Icy. No attempt to clear ice around entrance and walk way inside. Staff didn't even stand up from chair when greeting customer. The breakfast was not terrible, yogurt was expired in the mini fridge. The room pillows are terrible and the TV is small (32" to be exact). Mud was present in elevator during my stay however overall it was clean.

The stay was great, excellent service! They have comfortable mattresses, I do wish there was more of a variety of pillows softness to choose from. I have a hard time sleeping on firm pillows!

Need to be closed down.
This is not the place to stay, do not know how they received there rating of a 9, Should be a 1 at best. First the Parking lot was as icy as you could possibly get days after ice storm. Although the main drive had been salted and sanded, certainly not where you Park or walk. I slipped and fell hard, took me several minutes to get back up, When I told the lady at front desk about 9PM on the 28th day of December, she just kind of laughed as though it was funny. Then although the room was perfectly clean, the hallways and elevator were gross, in fact elevator stunk like a urinal. In the morning the breakfast was very good but overheard other guest who were complaining about the icy Parking lot. Others had fallen as well. When I checked out at 11Am on the 29th. This lady also seemed as though it was not their concern. The man there taken responsibility for taken care of the lot wanted to argue about it not being slipper, so I took him out where I had falling, and he stated he didn’t know where that ice came from.

Lobby, pool, room, halls, are all clean. Staff was friendly upon check in. We're in RM 202 with two queens; me and three of my kids. The one queen bed is ok. But the 2nd is HORRIBLE! There is zero support. When I lay on it, it sags like a 20 yrs old mattress. When my kids tried it out, it sagged horribly, too. I've never seen a mattress this bad in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Other than the bed, the hotel is great; the bed is quite important, though.

Very welcoming staff at the front desk when arriving and leaving the next morning. The room was very nice and clean. Very nice for the money it cost. It was located in the exact area for eating and the shopping I wanted to do. I will be booking their my future trips through.

The beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The cost was comparable to others in the area. Did not use the pool so I've no opinion. My only criticism would be upon checking in you want to feel welcome. Not that it was a pain in her ass to check us in. The staff in the morning was a lot more friendly.
