The only downside about this hotel was the mold in our room

The only thing was them trying to charge me for a staying fee, even if it was implanted on that week even though I paid for my stay already.

the room was clean, the hotel is pretty and well maintain and convenient location

Great hotel! Very kid friendly, excellent restaurant.

The staff were fantastic and very responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. I had to contact them several times and they always responded in a timely manner. The bonus was they spoke english which I found was a rarity in Sao Paulo - no biggie but a few phrases and Google Translate go a long way. The gym and sauna were fantastic. The pool was great but not heated and the sun loungers were plentiful. They also had two mini marts on site which were handy for snacks. There was a breakfast on site which was ~69 Real with fruit, coffee and some made to order items. I think the tech aspect of the concept is great but has some wrinkles to iron out but overall a great idea that most things are through your phone or facial recognition.
