The room was clean and adequate. However. When we went to breakfast there was no coffee, the second coffee maker was not working. There was no butter and one of the waffle irons was out of order. We had a piece of toast w/o butter and some juice.
TV difficult to get picture, had to call front desk for help. Why not have a notice in tge room telling you how to turn TV on. Also why not have a list of channels that you get.
Bathroom was not dirty...but not really clean either. Sink counter had many stains on it...so not a great place but bed was comfortable.
We stayed for the night and choose this hotel over a closer one to Mammoth for the pool. We were traveling with young children and opted for a pool and breakfast. The room was clean and so was the property. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Near a park that was beautiful and great for the whole family.
Loved the nice hot shower and the comfy bed. Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on it. Air conditioner kept room cool but is very noisy.
We would stay again- drive this route at least annually to visit family in Reno
Room was clean, they don’t clean everyday automatically, I think this is something you need to ask for (stayed 3 days). AC works great, unfortunately breakfast isn’t really a breakfast so if you’re a hiker bring your food with you. They have yoghurt, toast, waffles but no eggs or meat. Coffee is very weak but they have it. Very close to all major trails and passes, will stay here again in the future
Comfy enough. Close to restaurant. Right on main highway so a bit of sound. No staff was around during breakfast, which seemed odd.

Liked: Cleanliness
Its no Hyatt Regency but definitely get your money's worth. Clean and accessible for me since I use a wheelchair. I really appreciate the fact they had a shower chair to use. Didn't stay for breakfast but they offered one
Only reason I gave 3 is because the toilet and shower were clean and no bed bugs and it was the cheapest place in town. Otherwise would have been lower. I guess you get what you pay for. Floor was so dirty our feet were black after walking from shower to bed. So needed to rewash feet and wear shoes between bathroom and bed. Phone in room didn’t work and wifi only free for one hour.
Will not be staying here again.
