Great location, best Petit old France, across from the train station. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast buffet was killer, all farm to table and fresh!
Room was a good size, clean, great shower pressure.
Would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg

Our check in process was great. We arrived at 10am and they gladly held our luggage until check. This is very convenient to the main train station but not so close that you have the train station problems. A perfect mix

Our room was spacious and very well designed. The bathroom was magnificent - large with 2 sinks, a free-standing bath tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Two walls were constructed of stones and bordered with centuries' old wood beams. The window was stained glass.

The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections.

Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm.
