### Villa 13 - En duplex, jardin privé à 400m du lac

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this house to rent in Biscarrosse Navarosse. With a surface area of 50 m², it can accommodate up to 7 travellers. It comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden and terrace of around 150 m². Bed linen included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:   
\- Living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area   
\- Open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bathroom with bath and WC  
  
First floor:   
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90x190)   
\- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A beautiful garden and a 150 m² fenced terrace, with furniture, to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Biscarrosse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Thanks to the many cycle paths, you can easily do everything by bike.

\- Lake of Biscarrosse (400m away) and Parentis  
\- Dune du Pilat  
\- Aqualand water park Bassin d'Arcachon  
\- Visit the port of Arcachon   
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space in the condominium.

\- The nearest SNCF train station is Ychoux, around 25 km away by car.   
\- Bordeaux-Mérignac airport is 70 km away.
