### Rose - Biscarrosse - Gîte

Been to Biscarrosse? But yes, it is the northernmost seaside resort in the Landes, between the 2 large lakes and the forest! Suffice to say that there is no shortage of activities... Well in the heart of the village but at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is Rose, this comfortable contemporary villa which promises you unforgettable holidays, with family or friends! 200 m from there you will find the cycle path which will take you to the large lake at the ocean, to Pyla through the pine forest. Rose, is an independent house arranged on the ground floor with mezzanine, located on closed ground of 700m ² privative with the lodging. A living room with living room and fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, gas cooker, combined fridge, microwave). The bathroom has a shower with security door and the toilets are independent. The sleeping area has a bedroom on the ground floor (1 bed 140), on the mezzanine 2 single beds, 1 cabin bedroom (1 double bed). The two upstairs bedrooms are adjoining. Equipment: Television, electric heating, baby equipment: cot, high chair and bath. Provision of a lockable shelter for bicycles or other equipment (surfboards, paddle boards, etc.). You will enjoy the covered terrace with its garden furniture, barbecue, as well as the flower garden with lawn, private land. . The nearest market is in Biscarrosse on Friday and Sunday. Neighbor 50 m away, house located in a district. Outbuilding occasionally occupied by owner on the same land. Calm and nature in Biscarrosse
