We offer this beautiful 180 m² house on a 1100 m² plot. It offers peace and quiet in the heart of the residential area of the Biscarrosse Golf Course. The terraces, furnished with two garden lounges and sun loungers, invite relaxation, and the garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days.
The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer) opens onto the spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV.
Four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). One shower room and one bathroom.
Two separate WCs.
A washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a second fridge are located in the garage.
Parking is available on the property.
Just a short walk from the golf courses and the lake.
Only 5 km from the ocean beaches and 1 km from the lake beaches and their water sports activities.
