Facing the ocean, we offer you a pleasant one-bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of our ocean beaches. Perfect for spending a weekend or more with family or friends.
Ideally located in a lively area of Biscarrosse Plage, you are a stone's throw from our surf schools or our beachfront restaurants. The apartment is warm. It is composed of an entrance with an alcove which offers two beds in 90 bunk beds. The main room offers a dining area as well as a lounge area with TV (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box) then a sofa convertible into 160 cm, bright room opening onto the large 30m² balcony where you can take your meals or enjoy your cocktails in front of the sunset. The kitchen is open and fully equipped. A separate bedroom with 140 double bed and cupboard. A bathroom and a separate toilet for more comfort. You also have a private parking space. You park when you arrive and you can, if you wish, do everything on foot or by bike during your stay, perfect for walking on the beach, discovering our cycle paths and other special places in our region. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!

malheureusement cet appartement avait beaucoup de désagréments -impossible de se servir des couettes, couvertures et oreillers trop sales, tâches et odeurs... -fuites à l'ouverture d'eau du bidet et de la baignoire -portes des placards de la cuisine prêtes à se décrocher Dommage car cet appartement est très agréable, bien conçu et bien placé

Appartement tres agreable car tres bien placé avec une vue directe sur l océan. Bien aménagé, peu de choses à dire si ce n'est la douchette qui pourrait être changé car un peu ancienne. Attention par contre aux fans de grasses matinées car la mairie adore faire entretenir les espaces verts qui sont devant l appartement cote plage : tondeuse, rotofils, soufflerie tres tôt le matin.... Pour ceux qui comme nous se levent tôt pr profiter des vagues pas de soucis

La vue sur l'océan est en effet magnifique mais l'immeuble donne sur une grande place avec des restaurants en terrasse, donc très bruyant en soirée. A part ça, appartement confortable, lumineux et très bien situé par rapport à la plage et commerces.
