La proximité de l´océan la surface du logement et de la terrasse Le nombre de rangement RAS du côté de l´agence ! Le propriétaire doit refaire un logement vétuste (mobilier désuet et abimé, pas assez de places assises dans le coin salon, frigo trop petit pour 6, velux cassé!!! rideau de douche moisi, moquette obsolète en 2017!) terrasse brute en ciment... portillon rouillé, ajouter un coffre pour le compteur électrique à proximité d´un couchage.
