"Beautiful house, clean and styled terrifically.However... Two major subtractions.Online price you agree to is not the actual fee you pay. We had more money taken from our account due to a 'surcharge' which was not outlined when we booked.Secondly, the shower water temperature got no warmer than a lukewarm temperature.Staying there in June, with temperatures ranging between -2 and 13 outside, we needed to sit under the heater to warm up, after getting out of the shower.This feedback was passed on...

"The location right next door to Cataract Gorge was perfect. The house fit out could use a bit of finesse. The inclusion of the high chair and porta cot was perfect, as we were travelling with a one year old. Would have appreciated some plastic plates, bowls and cups, but that is just being picky. There is a lot of ground level power points that would have benefited from some child proof plugs. The couch is the lounge room is old, uncomfortable and almost worn out. There is a slight ant problem...

"Super cute little cottage with loads of character in a great location with cafes a pubs less than 5 minutes walk away.Absolutely fantastic customer service from Moxxi Property - somehow I left my iPad behind and they went absolutely above and beyond to return it to me which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay in this property again on my next trip to Launceston."
