The house was ideal for my girlfriend getaway. The location was great. We toured Volcan Park , Botanical Gardens, and ate at SoHo Social , which has a great happy hour starting at 3\. All these were very close to the house. It was a short ride into Birmingham to visit the multiple breweries. The beds and house are very comfortable for the four of us. I would recommend this house but be aware there are multiple steps leading up to the front door. Not a problem for my group but may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. ##### SHERYL L. The house was well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, plenty of towels. The house is older, but was very clean and had a beautiful archway in the living room. It gets great light throughout the day and had a warm homey feel. Danny the host was easy to communicate with. The outside deck is beautiful! Would recommend staying here if you have a group and want easy access to downtown. There was even a daybed in a sunroom that I probably missed in the listing but was an extra bed we weren’t expecting :) ##### Molly S. A big reason we booked this property is so we could have dedicated parking and in a quiet location & this fit the bill for both of those. The house was super clean, well stocked with anything we needed for our 3 night stay. The refrigerator has ice maker & water in the door & a regular drip coffee maker which helped to make our stay more like being at home. We had zero problems drying our stay, but Danny was just a text away if needed, not some corporate number. That is also a huge bonus. This house is centrally located to all the things to see and do all around Birmingham. This house had the cutest outdoor space that runs on the side of the house and backyard, would be perfect for coffee or cocktails outside. Our stay was the last week of March, beautiful weather, amazing cherry blossom trees in full bloom including one few houses down from this one. If our travels ever take us back to Birmingham we would definitely book this house again. ##### Jana S.
