Security is very good. (Key fobs and auto lock doors). The cleaning staff needs to do better at ensuring the rooms are ready for the next guest prior to arrival. There were fingernails on the nightstand and on the shelf in the shower. Long black hairs on bed and in the towels. I will say that the property manager was very responsive to this and had the cleaners service the room. The street outside is very loud at night but it is in the middle of the city so I guess that to be expected. Soundproofing could be better though.
