I booked this place because it was walking distance to all the activities that I had planned for myself. It’s not a fancy place, just somewhere to sleep and that’s really the only time I was there.

The room was pleasant, but there were stains on the pillowcase and an unexplainable large wet spot on the carpet. The property was quiet, and I felt safe during the stay. My biggest complaint is the bed has the hardest, most unforgiving mattress I have ever encountered. If you plan on staying here, start practicing two days before your arrival by sleeping on your kitchen table.

My time here at Tourway Inn
Im still here. Im paying per day. Its expensive but im in the process of seeking permanent lodgings . Tourway inn is walking distance to my job. Its clean quiet and i must say worth the money

It was 37 degrees and I had ro verify my reservation outside not indoors where the receptionist was. The first toom assigned yo me was room 129. It was a terrible room with smoke smellsl and No suitable amenities and the tub had a rusting spot. When I requested another room they sent me to room 120. It had the smell of exterminating gas, but I was so tried I fell asleep with my covid mask on. The morning I found a dead cockroach in the refrigerator. I told that to the manager but he did not compensate me and I trued calling Hotels.com but no representative came on the line.

Clean but needs maintenance
We stayed at Tourway Inn for two nights, while we did touristy things in Birmingham. It provided us with a clean and quiet stay. The staff is wonderful. However, this property needs lots of work--electrical outlets in functional places, bedding that fits the mattress, some sort of towel bar in the bathroom (besides inside the shower), a blanket on the bed, etc. None of these issues were more than annoyances to us, however, and we were grateful for the low price. We'd probably return if back in Birmingham.

When we were getting off the exit driving to the hotel it is in a bad neighborhood there were homeless people sitting on the ground, pushing buggy’s down the street. So we didn’t stay and plus they had no power that day.

The motel is good and very nice option for a night stay. Friendly staff on reception. Room was clean, a/c was loud. Area in around not very nice, though it is close to downtown.

Good for the money.
Great, no frills clean hotel. Right off 65. If you're coming for a concert, take an Uber. Lot of construction going on downtown on the one-way streets. Grocery store and fast food about 5 minutes away.
