Great apartment in Birmingham
We stayed at the Axium for the Commonwealth Games. The location was great for catching the courtesy busses and also for visiting the city. The apartment was very well appointed with everything you needed. It was spotlessly clean - although the hob could have done with a better clean (we didn’t actually use it so not an issue). We’re still waiting for the return of our breakages deposit which should have been within 7 days of departure!

Lovely Apartment
Really lovely apartment; spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped with free off-road parking. Ideally situated in the centre of Birmingham. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment spoilt by the continual communication from the owner reference parties and guests in the apartment. spoilt the stay on saturday night and charged me £60 for guests he said had stopped when infact we met there for drinks prior to going out ! I was being txted up until 10.30 pm and threatened been asked to leave. We had no parties .Must be a camera in the property rather than just a ring door bell which made me very insecure and upset.

Nice apartment but could be cleaner.
The room was as pictured (although it looks slightly bigger in pictures). It also had a smart TV with access to Netflix which was a nice surprise as I don’t think they advertised that. I can only really complain about the cleanliness as the bathroom had hair in the shower, the sofa and cushions had some stains on it and the bin used by the previous guests wasn’t taken out which left a really foul smell. The balcony is a communal one, I thought it was private. I’m not too sure if this was my mistake for not reading properly or if it wasn’t advertised correctly. Overall it was a nice apartment.

The apartment was well equipped and extremely clean. But it is NOT a Hotel. There is no reception, no restaurant, no room service. To market it as a Hotel is a falsehood.
