It was well-equipped for any meal with a washer and dryer. One of the neighbors commented that it was the “baseball” townhouse and it definitely was. We were in Birmingham for a baseball tournament and it worked out great. It was within less than 15 minutes of most of the venues and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very reachable and responsive to any questions. Other than advising Jared that we had arrived or departed, everything went smoothly. Instructions and information about the unit were provided and easy to understand and follow. This was definitely a rental to keep on your list of places to return to.
