Room was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good. Overall i really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely go back. Only down side was the room was a bit dated. Otherwise Would recommend.

Perfect location for the train station and shops and KK's is walkable so perfect for what we needed. Staff were lovely and breakfast was decent too

Worth it!
Great price for a Saturday night stay. We asked for a quiet room and got one. The service was spot on. The room was clean and comfortable. Worth it!

Great hotel good location
Great hotel and a great location. We didn’t spend much time there but the beds are so comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. It took a while to get checked in as a few large groups checked in ahead of us but when it was our turn to check in it took about 2mins. The hotel is nice and clean and would recommend.

Good location for train station. Room ok. But no USB chargers, just regular plugs. Toilet separate from the bathroom was ok. The bathroom was modern, but toilet room old & smelled.

Excellent room etc. Bed ( for me ) was uncomfortable, heating seemed to turn off by itself during the night.

Great central location. Handy to all forms of transportation. Easy walk to the shops ,pubs and restaurant. Very quiet location though. Perfect. Friendly staff and very good breakfasts. The rooms are dated and the bathrooms especially need to b redone. Showering is awkward and tiles and grouting are crying for replacement as well

2 night stay to visit friends and family nearby. The hotel is basic & in need of updating. We were on the 3rd floor & had 2 connecting rooms for our family of 5. The rooms were cramped, the toiletries were not topped up in 1 room. The service at breakfast on both mornings was poor. There were plenty of staff but no one wanting to help and just stand around and chat instead. Unlikely to stay again

We like this hotel for its convenience for local music venues. The room type we usually book (executive) is good and spacious. The bar is great, and breakfast cannot be faulted. Good value for what you get.

Enjoyable stay, clean and as would be expected. Check in was slow and girl taking money at breakfast needs to go back to school… £20 - £13.95 for breakfast does not = £3 change. Otherwise no complaints

Staff were helpful, but overworked . Poor staffing on the bar,but helpful barman. He seemed to be the only person in the hotel around 11.30pm. Certainly needed someone else to help him. Bed was a little on the hard side. They are my only complaints, good stay overall.

Good value hotel with plentiful breakfast. Clean, friendly and welcoming staff. We found the room a little noisy - air conditioning unit constantly made a clicking noise despite not being switched on - but overall very good for the money.

One night stay at the Novotel Hotel Wolverhampton
Our stay was amazing at the Novotel Hotel. We had a warm welcome from Shanoi at reception. The room was clean and the environment was very pleasant. The breakfast was well laid out and evening meal was great with generous helpings and reasonably priced. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would visit this hotel again.

Greeted by miserable staff during check-in process. Restaurant was unorganised. They ran out of one dish and then couldn’t issue credit card refund as there was no manager present. Would never stay here again.
