This massive, multi-level property that comfortably fits large groups, offering a private hot tub, fenced yard, and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for families or events, with free parking and pet-friendly policies. Come enjoy modern comfort and southern charm in a central, convenient location, and great neighbordhood!
-No Smoking allowed!
-Quiet hours after 9 pm--strictly enforced
-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS
-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)
-Clean pet waste (in a bag) and place in the garbage can
-Hot tub needs to be turned off and kept covered at all times when not in use.
****NO PARTIES ALLOWED*** $1000 fine plus damages for breaking this rule
