It was clear that the host had put in a lot of effort to make sure everything was in top condition. Additionally, there were many thoughtful extras such as a fully stocked kitchen with snacks, toiletries in the bathroom, and even a vending machine for extra snacks. It made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Tiffany was a great host and easy to communicate with. The kitchen is a little small but that really didn’t matter to us. The beds were a little hard, maybe a nice fluffy mattress pad would help that. The sheets were very soft. Had a few minor issues with the towel rack in the main bathroom and we ran out of toilet paper the last night there. Maybe have some extra rolls in the cabinet would be good. Overall it was a great place to stay for 6 people and it was minutes from the Convention. It is in a more poorly neighborhood but that’s not a problem. The location was only 3 miles from Protective Stadium where our event was held which was a plus. It was newly renovated and very clean! Loved the interior decorating! There were complimentary snacks and coffee pods which was a nice touch. There was a slight issue the first night with the heat. But the property manager was very responsive and notified Maintenance right away.
