Hello Patti, Thank you for your review. Sorry for the troubles you had with the keypad sometimes smart locks have unforeseen issues. But we were able to get you set up with the key from the lock box we have, and the lock reset itself a couple days later and you guys were able to start utilizing the lock system again. As far as the pots/pans we have new nonstick pots and pans for guests, and I also keep some of my older pans underneath the cabinets for when I am in the area and need to prepare meals.

Hello Beatriz, There was an issue with the furnace a day before your group came in. I wasn’t able to get the issue resolved beforehand and I thought about canceling the reservation altogether. However, considering your group had made the reservation months in advance and you guys were previous clients I did not want to inconvenience your vacation by canceling the day before. I even went out of my way to let your daughter drop off her luggage from her early flight. I also did everything possible to quickly resolve the issue with minimal disruption to your stay. Again I had no control over timing (7am) repair was the only time I could quickly attain so I went with it. I apologized multiple times, provided a refund for the inconvenience and tried to make things right. However, despite my best efforts nothing was right thereafter. Sorry we were unable to make your stay a fully relaxing stay.

Hello Hilary, I feel that this is an unfair rating based on our conversation about you leaving my place in disarray and damages left to my kitchen after the fire/smoke incident . Hope you take better care of the next property you stay at.
