We were provided with a number to reach out to in case of emergencies, but that number was on a phone locked in the room and we couldn’t get signed into the account that the number was sent to due to google requiring verification from the device locked in the room. There isn’t a designated person manning the lobby throughout the night, and the only person we met was a security guard who was less than helpful. When we finally were able to reach someone (at 8:00 in the morning after I snooped through what appeared to be a front desk area and found a maintenance number) we were finally able to access the room we only rented for one night.
