Otherwise, there will a flat fee of $500 for delayed checkout. We also do not allow any guests with a criminal background into our property. We have a ZERO-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise monitoring sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit for security. While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor. We have noise monitors installed in our unit (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. I booked this for a quick getaway. Same day after reserving I reached out to ask about possible fees for an early check-in/late check-out. The response was swift letting me know that there would be an extra charge for that. The day before my check-in I received a message about how excitement for our arrival the next day, even sent house rules. The day of check-in I arrived and followed the instructions provided by the host. Per the instructions I found the lockbox. However, when I found the lockbox it was already open and the keys were missing. I immediately reached out to the host via the phone due to the fact of the keys missing. I reached her, and she said that the cleaners must still be inside the unit cleaning and that she would call them and have them bring me the keys. She also said she’d call me back. After about 20 minutes with no call back. I picked up my phone to call again, but instead got a message on the VRBO. The message said that someone was on their way to bring the keys to us and they apologized for the inconvenience. After 1.5hrs after check-in no one had arrived with keys. I reached out to see if someone was still coming and asked about compensation for the troubles. She said yes they were still coming. After almost 2 hours I got message saying they had to put someone else in our unit and sorry for double booking. Told me that my reservation would be canceled. They sent a Zelle with my refund, we had to find somewhere to else to stay at the last minute. ##### Janice D.
