* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation * No aggressive breeds * Weight limit: 50 lbs * $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee * We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep** We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available. Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed. * **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
