Lobby Refreshments: Guests are welcome to use the building amenities; however, please note that lobby refreshments are monitored by building management and are not free. Taking advantage of these refreshments will result in a $100 fee. Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $35 fee each. Minors: All guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This includes the use of any amenities. No Pets Allowed: A $200 fine will be applied for any violations.
