My band played a local fest in Alabama (Furnace Fest) and spent the week in this VRBO. The house was conveniently located and the host was very communicative. The place looked exactly as advertised (clean and spacious). Would stay again!

Much better than a hotel

We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own space. Home was clean and comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping

The town home was great. Very clean, updated and as advertised. Great communication and response from the host, Jenny. Next time we are back in Birmingham, will definitely rent again. Highly recommended.

Great Place and Great Location

This townhome was perfect for us. It was a great location, super clean and we had easy access to everything we needed. The host was nice enough to let us check in an hour early and she was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this townhouse. We would stay there again for certain.

Nice Townhome

We had a nice stay while our boys were playing in a baseball tournament close by. This property is clean and well cared for with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The coffee maker and available K cups were a nice touch. Thank you!

Perfect for us!

We were visiting family in Hoover and 4 of us stayed at this house. Clean, roomy and had most of what we needed. We suggest a booklet with the wifi info and possibly things to do in the area. But, we certainly would rent again!!

Wonderful, convenient stay

We loved staying here for the weekend. We were in town for a soccer tournament and this was so convenient to the fields. The house was super clean and had everything we needed for the our weekend stay. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for my family to spread out instead of being cooped up in a hotel between games. It had plenty of kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks again, Jenny!

Birthday surprise

My family and I drove in from two different states. The directions and instructions to enter the property were clear and easy to follow. The home was spotless and inviting. It was easy to communicate with the owner. I would stay here again and highly recommend this home to others.

Loved it!

If we ever need to come to Birmingham again we would definitely stay here again! Only reason i gave it a 4 overall is because the masters bathroom water pressure was not great and the upstairs bathroom was a bit slow to drain!! We had also planned to cook but there were no seasoning in stock or anything.. that could have been a great touch.

AL trip

The house was lovely , but the AC was a problem. We could not get the lower level to get any higher than 68 - 70 even if the thermostat was set at 77! The intake grate was filthy as were some of the other vents and when the AC unit turned on it was literally so loud next to the 1st floor bedroom that it woke us up! The owner was easy to reach and very helpful.
