    The living room is centered around a cozy seating area and a 50-inch smart TV with Roku—perfect for winding down after a day exploring the city.

We use the house while in town on business. We have stayed at the house multiple times. Great and easy communication!

This property needs some much needed attention. Details : The furniture was dirty the whole house had a wet moldy smell the towels were old and dingy. No privacy in the front room do to broken blinds with very thin see through curtain. The downstairs room had an unsecured door leading to a very junky dungeon looking storage room. (Creepy looking) The towel racks were broken which left a hole in the wall stuffed with a plastic bag. The wifi buffed the entire time which didn't allow my guest to watch TV. After call several times about the problems no one should up even after being told a team was within 45 minutes. Old broken down vehicle parked in front the house. A pile of old rotten wood was placed on the side of the house While sitting outside we spoke with a neighbor would described the house as being not livable. I would not recommend renting to house to stay in

The pictures listed must be at least 5 to 7 years old and not accurate for the current state of the house. There has been water damage since the photos were taken and not all of that has been repaired. Oddly enough, the house did not smell musty or moldy but the laminate flooring had clear water damage and were curling up in most of the house. Air vents were rusty, and a couple had signs of mold. Towel racks and toliet paper holders were broken in the bathrooms. There is clear rot in the exterior siding. The back door frame to the deck was completely rotted out at the bottom. The deck itself is in bad shape and in my opinion dangerous. The house is listed for sale and we had a person show up to look at the house with no warning. As soon as we could find another place to transfer to we did. The person I worked with at PorchLit properties was excellent to deal with and clearly had no clue about the condidtion of the house.
