"I'd never stayed at a Red Roof Inn and wasn't sure how clean the rooms would be or how safe the area was. However, I stayed based solely on other people's reviews and I was not disappointed. The ONLY frustration that I had was that the ice machines were broken and we couldn't get any ice. Someone mentioned going to a nearby convenience store, but since I wasn’t familiar with the area and it was late at night, I didn’t feel comfortable going.
Other than that, I have no complaints. When we arrived, we pulled back the covers and sprayed the beds as a precaution to check for bed bugs. Everything was clean—the linens were bright white, and the bathroom and other areas were well maintained. The front desk staff was also kind and welcoming.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay there again if I’m in the area."
