This our third unit and this is one of the few gated condo communities is located in the heart of downtown Birmingham-Southside. Only 10 min. walk to UAB campus and UAB Hospital-Highlands, clinics and more. 3 min. walk to Dream Land BBQ, Zyp Bike, etc. Short walk to great restaurants, shopping & nightlife in Five Points South. Plus FREE off street parking that are rare to find in downtown. Beautiful, clean and great location! Late arrivals are no problem. FREE early check in (must contact host for availability.)
