Lassen Sie sich nicht von den Bewertungen und anderen Kommentaren hier täuschen, die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Ich war schon in 5-Sterne-Hotels, aber diese hier ist wirklich toll. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mein Zimmer mit Küche, Bad und einem Bett ist für mich sehr geräumig. Ich bin begeistert! Außerdem ist es frei von Insekten. Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Preis ist super.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Autobahn und ist gut an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants angebunden. Die Damen, die hier arbeiten, sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Angi, PeeJay, Keisha und Jasmine sind besonders nett und geben gerne Auskunft über Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Sie sorgen außerdem für die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Herr James ist ebenfalls hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um die Instandhaltung des Hauses. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine angemessene Größe.

Exzellenter Kundenservice! Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind stets sauber, ebenso wie die Flure in der Lobby auf allen vier Etagen und der Aufzug. Frau Angie, Peejay und Jasmine gehören zu meinen Lieblingsmitarbeitern, die hier alles möglich machen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an sie! Kommen Sie unbedingt vorbei und fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause! Auch der Hausmeister ist super – ich wünschte, ich erinnere mich an seinen Namen – aber auch ihm vielen Dank!

Schöne, saubere Zimmer, alles hat super funktioniert! Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Drahtbettgestell. Das Bett selbst ist nicht unbequem, aber das Gestell quietscht und ist mitten in der Nacht ein paar Mal zusammengebrochen. Ich habe mich total erschrocken! Insgesamt aber ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage! Und sehr preiswert. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in Pelham, Alabama, sehr genossen. Der Kundenservice war freundlich, die Zimmer schön, und es gibt unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der nahegelegene State Park soll sehr schön sein. Das Beste an meinem Aufenthalt war PJ – sie war überaus hilfsbereit und bot einen exzellenten Kundenservice!
