"For two nights we did not have hot water. Only in the morning. We had a take cold fast showers .Also they don’t have housekeeping. They throw the trash away but don’t do the bed or bring clean towels. Front desk not very helpful. I would not stay at this hotel again. "

"I had no access to WiFi during my stay. The overnight auditor had a negative attitude about it, so after three attempts to get connected, I stopped trying. When he saw me step off the elevator to ask about it again, he took a deep breath as if I was bothering him, which made the situation even more frustrating. There was no microwave in the room, so our food was cold when we returned because we had to drive three miles just to find something to eat. Parking was also inconvenient — we had to park on the street if we didn’t want to pay for valet parking. On the positive side, breakfast was above average and the room itself was comfortable."

"It's a gorgeous unit in a gorgeous building. Everyone who lives and works in this building is super friendly too! The only thing I didn't love was hearing music from the cars on the street below but there is no way to avoid that since there are such large, beautiful windows."

"Room was clean with an exception the shower curtain had something nasty on it and a pillow case was questionable. What? No refrigerator? Staff were nice. Hoping for a haunted stay but to no avail."

"When booking the public parking option was not clearly stated. If you don’t use the Valet option you are left to use public parking…that is all the website has to say or indicate and not show a price which infers that they offer valet and public spaces. Also, the walk from the garage in combination with the location of the room elevators make this location nothing short of a chore to access and maneuver."

"Just stayed to sleep. Floor was dirty. Sheets were dirty (or stained), pillows looked old and nasty. Beds were not comfortable. Every time my husband made the slightest move the whole bed shook. It was a very noisy place to stay. Not to the fault of the hotel though. You could just hear very loud vehicle or motorcycle very clearly off the highway. Was a non smoking room but smelled like smoke. We did not get a good nights sleep."
