My room was full of bugs. Three different types on the walls, ceiling, and floor.

The staff was gathered around the checkin/out area each time I needed to visit the desk. The person working the area didn’t notice I was there until one of the service staff told him. The service workers would disperse when I came to the counter. The room was open when I first went to it and not locked. The refrigerator and microwave were very dirty. Everything else on the room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Surprised by Renovations underway
The hotel was being renovated so the lobby area was a construction area. We had to walk thru it to get to the make shift desk clerk who was very nice. It was in was in the breakfast area.
We arrived in our room & attempted to turn the light on by the door & no lights came on. I tried to turn on light at coffee bar. Did not work. The room was nice & newly renovated. There was a used wash cloth draped over the shower bar that I saw when I took a shower. Was very upsetting to me.
We would not have stayed here if we had known part of hotel was under construction.
Staff was very friendly & outside facility was maintained very well. Our room was not clean! Trash on the floor, mirrors not clean, potty paper was on the commode. Housekeeping started knocking on doors of guest that were checking out. Came by twice in 20 minutes. Check-out is not until 11! I expect a hotel room to be clean!

Everything was great until I got ready to take a shower. I noticed used towels hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door. The staff came immediately to remove the towels but it made we question the cleanliness of the room. Overall our stay was nice and the hotel was in close proximity to where we needed to be.

The property is very dated and needs renovations. the bathtub was covered in rust stains, the sofa was covered in bleach stains, there was mildew all over the bathroom. It just felt very neglected.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I did have an issue with non of the tv apps working. The front desk said because of they were bought out and changing some stuff. Also the breakfast had packaged biscuits and, packaged waffles and packaged quiche. Ive been to at least 8 hotels over the past few months and they all had where you could make your own waffles and a hot breakfast. I still really enjoyed my stay though and will be back. I'll just have breakfast elsewhere.

The room had a very odd smell
The bed sheets was not clean at all
The bathroom had roaches in the tub and water in front of the toilet The shower curtain has red stains on it
It felt so unclear i left and slept in my car for a few hrs and den got back on the road
