There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We got access to an outdoor pool at Manta Beach Club just across the street, which was also quite nice, even though we could not use it due to the weather. "Excellent location near the harbour and Valletta is a short and inexpensive boat trip away. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was a buffet affair and was reasonable with a lot of choice. My only negative point is that the rooftop pool is also made available for public use so gets crowded very quickly. You have to be quick if you want a subbed…However there is an exclusive indoor pool with spa, steam room and sauna which we used a lot and enjoyed immensely. A very nice hotel which I would recommend."
