Clean and Helpful Staffs. You have to look for your parking space, mostly are street parking, but there is a valet at the hotel if you asked for it.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience with the front desk staff was extremely disappointing. It wasn’t just one employee—all of the staff we interacted with were unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. We arrived early and asked if an early check-in was possible. We understood that it might not be guaranteed, but no one made any effort to provide updates on when our room might be ready. Instead, we were repeatedly told there were no available rooms, and we weren’t able to check in until after 4:00 PM. Because of the delay, we had to rush and get ready in the hotel lobby restroom before our plans, which was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. What made the experience even worse was observing how the front desk staff interacted with other guests. It appeared they were much friendlier and more accommodating to certain people while treating others, including us, with indifference. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
