Great room above a good pub-restaurant Staff were all lovely Room was clean but not immaculate Breakfast was so-so, not much for vegetarians

Only stayed one night but a really good Clean spacious room, staff very friendly helpful. Really nice breakfast. Loved the whole interior very Grand indeed. Only one thing missing are porters to help carry luggage up the stairs from.the main entrance.

I had a perfect stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, went the extra mile for me and made it a warm and friendly stay for me as a solo traveller. I find it quite rare to experience such genuine warmth from a city centre hotel. I will definitely stay here again in future. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is great, very central to the business district and immediate distance to the shops.

Beautiful place to stay real style & attention had gone into the decor - rooms are above a nice restaurant and digital keys used so easy to come and go as you please. Restaurant meant asking for milk for my coffee (in room) was not a problem. Recommend if looking for a nice non-chain option.

I don’t complain about much but don’t charge for a late fee when I’ve tried to call you numerous times on a broken phone & additionally don’t charge me with full knowledge that I’ve paid for a junior suite with a tv that doesn’t function for a 2 day stay. Other than that amazing location and amazing staff & amenities overall stay very very good would recommend other than that one personal issue
